A welcoming, peaceful terrace overlooking the entrance to the Gorges du Fier and the Château de Montrottier.
Picnic area: picnic tables are available on site, at the entrance. Picnicking is, however, not allowed during the visit of the protected site (footbridge and Mer des Rochers).
Toilets
You will find new and eco-friendly toilets (dry toilets).
There is no running water.
You will find dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel.
The bar team will fill your water bottles with pleasure
Parking
2 free, unattended car parks are available. We recommend Car Park No. 1 (step-free access), as the visit begins at the Pont des Liasses, with a fine view of the Fier and the first giant’s kettles!

Car Park No. 1 “Grand Parking” (Pont des Liasses): cars/coaches/motorhomes
Access from Poisy and Lovagny. At the fork by the Château, keep left.
Coming from Chavanod: after passing Car Park No. 2 on your right, continue for a few hundred metres and at the fork, go down to the right.
Access to the ticket office along a shaded path.
Motorhomes are welcome, but during the day only. Motorhome parking is prohibited from 19:30 to 9:30.

Access from Chavanod via the D116.
Access to the ticket office by stairs.
